The conflict between Prime Ministër Berisha and democrat deputy Spartak Ngjela deepened. After the debate of one day before, where both of them requested each other's resignation from the posts they hold, Berisha decided to freeze his membership in the party for an undefined time, as well as to dismiss him form the post of secretary for public relations. This decision was argued with the fact that, according to Berisha, Ngjela is the cause of the systematic blocking of works in the commission of laws in Parliament. He was expressed against the legalisations law, but it was taken as a stance against the program of the ruling majority. He had also abandoned the Parliament's hall when the Moratorium was to be voted. The decision in question is attributed to DP's small chairmanship, which, as was informed, was gathered on Monday, with participation of Berisha, Topalli, Beja, Topi, Bode, Rusmajli and Ngjela. Indeed, the frozen of Ngjela's membership çame after the publication in media of the discussion between Berisha and Ngjela in the chairmanship meeting, which was hold without media's presence, before the meeting of the Democratic Party's Parliamentary Group. Berisha, through DP's spokesman Gazmend Oketa, has accused Ngjela as responsible for the publication of this discussion. "For all these stands against the majority, Ngjela witnessed to have come not as discusser, but as spy, and as only argument he has used an old immoral habit, from which we wish he frees one day," said the DP's spokesman in press conference. Oketa informed yesterday that the DP's small chairmanship has decided to freeze Ngjela's membership in DP and requested his resignation from the post of chairman of commission of laws in parliament. After this, also the allies of the Democratic Party like Nikolle Lesi and Fatmir Mediu reacted, opposing the decision taken by the Democratic Party in relation to Ngjela. But Ngjela's reaction was immediate, declining to have registered the discussion with Berisha and for making it public. Ngjela said if we would have want, he would have registered and published the discussion, but stressed the situation shows lack of balance from the side of Prime Ministër Berisha, who, according to Ngjela has misinformed the public opinion. In relation to his dismissal from the party, the advocate said he is elected by the forums, so no one can expel me.
