There are 126 seats in the park behind the hotel building. Under the shadow of the trees you can seat and enjoy the drinks and barbecue food. The three terraces offer wonderful views of the antique and modern city. The playground and the zoo area are real fun for the family in sunny days. Some can enjoy playing soccer, basket or tennis at the sports ground nearby, while others can enjoy sports water in Osum River. It is one of the few tourist centres that fully combine the comfort with a variety of activities and sports.

4 villas of 3 rooms, each fully equipped offer a comfort accommodation for visitors, which can come to enjoy hunting, climbing, fishing, rafting and canoe in Berat region.
The suite has a terrace and living room designed with a traditional style with chimney sofa. Most of the rooms have has hydro massage bathrooms. Albania and Mediterranean tradition are fully respected in cuisine, service and styled interiors. There is a spacious conference room and parking.
